The Omicron Style Sample Stage–Heated is a custom-engineered, UHV-compatible sample stage that accepts standard Omicron-style sample holders while integrating compact heating directly at the sample platform. Designed for seamless use with McAllister UHV transfer devices and manipulators, this stage delivers reliable, controlled sample heating in ultra-high vacuum environments—ideal for surface science, materials analysis, thin-film deposition, and related applications.

- Electron Beam (e-beam) Heating: Provides rapid, high-temperature response with precise power control.
- Resistive Heating: Delivers uniform, stable heating through integrated elements.
- IR Heating Bulb: Offers efficient radiant heating for quick thermal cycling and minimal thermal mass.
All heating configurations are compact, bakeable, and optimized for clean UHV performance.
Reliable Design and Integration
Every component is selected for UHV compatibility, low outgassing, and long-term reliability. The stage maintains excellent thermal contact with the Omicron sample holder while preserving full compatibility with McAllister transfer heads and parking stages. Position and thermal stability are maintained during sample transfer and parking operations.
